SUMMARY:Beatle Bag - Kathy Miners
DESCRIPTION:Kathy’s interest in quilting began around 1998\, when her local knitting shop closed and she needed a new hobby. Little did she know\, a few years later she would be the owner of that local quilt shop. She was fortunate to be the owner for 9 years\, before retiring and moving to southern Oregon. \nHer love of bag making started around 2008 and quickly became such an obsession that she became known as the Bag Lady. At her shop she held monthly classes for a new bag\, or purse\, or the Beatle Bag that she will be teaching for the Guild in July. She hopes that she can help you take away the intimidation of making something other than a quilt. \nThis is a FUN project and you’ll be thrilled with the results! Each of you should walk away at the end of class with a finished\, or nearly finished bag. We currently are in conversation with Green’s to obtain the pattern and vinyl inserts. The kit cost will be passed on as soon as we know. We need a headcount for Green’s to order the pattern and sup-plies.
