SUMMARY:Mountain Stars November 2021 Business Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Join Mountain Stars Quilt Guild for our meeting on Saturday\, November 13th from 9:30am to 2pm. The meeting is held at Live Oak Grange\, 120 Gardiner\, Rogue River\, OR. \nThis month’s meeting begins with a great Early Bird class to make those nifty wheel accessories that turn a normal chair into a wheeled one. Very handy for retreats and open sews. Much easier than lugging around a chair to these events. If you would like to make one\, bring the following: \n\n4 regular sized tennis balls\nA 4 pack of 3 wheel furniture dolly with casters (Check weight capacity) These can be purchased at Lowes\, Diamond\, Home Depot or Amazon.\n4 bolts no longer than 2″ (Make sure they will fit in the hole of the furniture dolly).\n8 washers\n4 nylock nuts\nNeeded tools: Box knife. We will have a drill and socket set there to tighten the nuts.\n\nLunch at 11 is Southwestern Wraps Chicken or Veggie\, Chips and Cookies \nEnter to win fat quarters by bringing one that’s Fall Colors. Enjoy a show and tell time when you can bring a favorite quilt to show the group. \nBring July’s Block\, Applique\, Pieced and Quilt of Valor.
