We had a wonderful turnout on Saturday for the December Open Sew that featured the Annual Cookie Exchange! There was also a quilt book give-away (thanks to the generosity of Sam Beene) and raffle tickets on sale for Opportunity Quilts (profits benefit Project Linus and Days for Girls). Our lunch featured another fabulous soup prepared by Lisa Sherrill along with an array of side dishes contributed by the attendees. If you haven’t attended one of these fun events, you should definitely consider it.
