Cornell Hartford – Moose Meadows

September 12 @ 9:30 am - 4:00 pm

** PLEASE NOTE: THIS EVENT IS FULL AND REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED **

Learn how to make beautiful quilts using a panel plus a few other fabrics. Moose Meadows has a finished size of 58” by 66”. Besides the center focus fabric/panel, you’ll use 5 other fabrics in fairly small amounts, ranging from 1/3 yard to 1-1/4 yards. This is a quilt that you could likely pull from your stash to make.

Cornell will be addressing different borders that can go around a panel, particularly ones that are smaller than others.

Cornell says, “It’s one of those patterns that you may not buy because of the model quilt shown on the cover – very busy! But I’ve found that it works for either a panel that you want to showcase or one of those ‘special’ fabrics, particularly outdoors prints.”

Note: This pattern is no longer available so you will be given instructions in the class.

To Register:  You can obtain the registration form (with pricing information) by clicking here.  Just print and complete the form then mail it along with your payment to the address on the form.

About the instructor…

Cornell Hartford has been a Mountain Stars Quilters Guild member since 2005.

She has been quilting 30 years and is mostly self taught although she took some classes in Jacksonville at Calico Junction with Barbara Bachman as a teacher.
