Thank you for choosing to renew your membership in Mountain Stars Quilters Guild. There are 3 ways you can renew:

Download and complete this Membership Renewal Form then mail it along with your check for $30 to the address provided on the form. (Note: Checks will be held for deposit until after June 30th.
Come to a meeting where we have forms available for you to complete. You’ll be able to pay in cash or by check. You may also use a debit/credit card but will be assessed a $2 convenience fee.
Renew online (will include a $2 convenience fee in addition to your dues).

NOTE: RENEWING ONLINE IS A TWO-STEP PROCESS AND BOTH OF THESE STEPS MUST BE COMPLETED:
a) Fill in the Membership Renewal Form below then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form (this sends your information to the Membership Committee).
b) PAY YOUR DUES using the link below the form.

It is understood that by completing this online application process, photographs taken of your quilts shown at Guild Meetings and/or Retreats can be published on the MSQG website and Facebook pages until specifically denied by you.

Google Group Opt-Out: Check here to OPT-OUT of the email service that MSQG uses as a mechanism for telling members about changes affecting meetings and workshops, providing details about local quilt events, and distributing important or time-critical guild related information. The service is called Google Groups and by choosing to OPT-OUT please be aware that you may not receive important notifications such as venue changes or RSVPs for some guild events.
Hardcopy Newsletter Request: The MSQG newsletter is automatically emailed to all members in the MSQG Google Groups and is available at the Sign-In table at Business Meetings. However, if you also need a hardcopy for some reason, please check this box. Note: Hardcopies are generally received about a week later than the emailed version.
MEG Email Group Request: As a member of MSQG you are welcome to attend meetings of MEG (our Machine Embroidery Group). Please check this box if you would like to be added to the separate MEG email list and receive notifications regarding MEG events.
Clicking the SUBMIT button on the right will send your renewal form to the MSQG Membership Committee. HOWEVER, YOUR MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL ISN’T COMPLETE UNTIL YOU MAKE YOUR PAYMENT BELOW.
