PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A MULTI- STEP PROCESS AND ALL THREE (3) OF THE FOLLOWING STEPS MUST BE COMPLETED:
a) Fill in the following Retreat Registration Form.
b) Click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form then SEND the form to the Retreat Committee from within your email program
c) PAY YOUR REGISTRATION FEE using the appropriate link located below the form.

It is understood that by completing this online registration process, photographs taken of your quilts at the retreats can be published on the MSQG website and Facebook pages until specifically denied by you.

The MSQG newsletter is automatically emailed to all members in the MSQG Google Groups and is available at the Sign-In table at General Meetings.  However, if also need to receive a hardcopy of the MSQG newsletter for some reason, please check this box. Note: Hardcopies are generally received about a week later than the emailed version.
