Retreat Registration/Payment – Diamond Lake

• If you would like to register online, please use this link to the Google Form.

However, your retreat registration isn’t complete until you pay the registration fee. You can do that either by using the appropriate payment link below or by mailing a check (made payable to MSQG) to Lisa Sherrill at 7471 Gold Ray Road, Central Point, OR 97502 .

It is understood that by participating in this event, photographs taken of your quilts at the retreat can be published on the MSQG website and Facebook pages until specifically denied by you.
