This September 8th class was the perfect introduction to creating scenic landscape quilts. All the attendees had a wonderful time and learned a lot from Helene Knott, an award winning fiber artist and instructor. She’s won awards at local, regional and national shows and been nominated for the ‘Teacher of the Year’ by Professional Quilter Magazine. Some of her quilts have appeared in the pages of books and on the cover of Quilter’s Newsletter Magazine. Additionally, she designed a couple of fabric lines for Northcott Fabrics that were based on her original quilts.
