Kathy Miners – Metro Hoops Curved Quilt

This contemporary wedding ring quilt pattern starts with strip sets that are straight pieced which makes the entire process quicker and easier than traditional wedding ring patterns which use templates. In class you’ll learn how to sew curved pieces that are cut using the Quick Curve ruler and end up with this beautiful wedding ring style quilt. This pattern allows you to square up all of your curve blocks before piecing, allowing for an easy and accurate assembly. And if you’re like Kathy, you might just have a 2½” jellyroll sitting in your sewing room unused. Once you master the quick curve cutting method, you can make any of their beautifully curved quilt designs.

Class fee is $35.00 for MSQG Guild Members and for $45.00 non-members. Please note that all class fees will increase by $10 if received AFTER Feb 13th, 2027. Kathy’s interest in quilting began around 1998, when her local knitting shop closed and she needed a new
