Spring 2026 Coast Retreat at Smith River, CA

Pack your bags and your favorite quilting supplies then join us for a magical four-day weekend full of creativity, laughter, and relaxation at the stunning Smith River, CA coast!
When: Thursday, February 26, 2026, to Sunday, March 1, 2026
Where: 101 Indian Court, Smith River, CA (just across the road from the Lucky Seven Casino)
Cost: $60.00 for members (includes a $2 convenience fee if you pay online). $100 for non-members (includes membership dues and administrative fees). Registration information and payment information is at the bottom of this page.
Note: The retreat cost does NOT include all meals nor lodging). You can make reservations for rooms at the Lucky Seven Hotel by calling 707-487-3777. But there is no special rate for the hotel.
Thursday:
8 AM to set up (if we can’t set up on Wednesday night)
10 AM Bring your quilting stuff in and begin to have fun!
5 PM or 6 PM Dinner Buffet ( Menu TBA)
Friday:
6 AM Hall Open
11 AM Massage Therapists
12 PM Potluck…we love a good potluck!
Dinner on your own.
Sew late into the night!
Saturday:
8:30 AM Breakfast Buffet
12:00 Leftovers for lunch? Run out to a local restaurant for lunch
Sew late into the night!
Sunday:
8:30 AM Breakfast casserole
2 PM Packing Up & Cleaning Begins
