Quilt Shows

The show this year will include 2 Featured Quilters (Pamela Norton and Karen Derrer), Raffle Baskets, Hourly Door Prizes, Vendors, a Pins & Needles Boutique, and Make & Take Projects! Entry fee is $8.00 (no fee for children 8 and under) plus, in honor of Father’s Day, men get in free!!!

But it won’t be a quilt show without quilts! Entry forms and instructions are available by clicking here. Remember to attach a color photo of your quilt (the photos can be printed on plain paper). The quilt does not have to be completely finished for the photo but must clearly represent the completed quilt. Please remember to assign a category for your quilt from the list on page 2 of the entry form. Members may submit up to five general quilt entries. We also accept general quilts from non-members. If you wish, you can list your quilt(s) in the show for sale. The guild will retain 15% of the selling price for members and 20% for non-members.

Quilt in-take day is Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 12 noon until 3 PM at the Live Oak Grange Hall (120 Gardiner St, Rogue River) in the main meeting room.

Remember – quilt entry forms with attached color photos are due to Sandy Speasl no later than Wednesday, May 1, 2024. Page 2 of the entry form has information on where to mail the forms. Upon receipt of your entry or entries you will receive an email confirmation. All quilts, no matter what size, must have a 4” quilt sleeve and a label on the back bottom corner with your name and phone number. Instructions for making the sleeve are available by clicking here.
